【意味・用法】
「～ときたら」は「は」と同じように、「～」が文のトピックであることを示し、話し手が「～」に不満、非難、あきれ、驚きなどの感情を抱いているときに使われる。
【英語】
Like "ha", ”~tokitara" indicates that "~" is the topic of the sentence, and is used when the speaker is dissatisfied with, blaming, aghast at, or surprised by "~."
【Grammar point】
「～ときたら」は「は」と同じように、「～」の部分を文のトピックとして提示する機能があります。「は」と違うのは、話し手に不満、非難、あきれ、おどろきなどの感情があるときに専ら使われるところです。
「～」の部分には、主に話し手と関係している人物や、話し手自身が実際に経験したことなどが入ります。
