Portsmouth Japanese Language & Culture Group
ポーツマスで行われる、日本語を勉強をしている人や、日本人と交流したい人、また日本の文化についてもっと知りたい人のためのGroupです。月に数回対面で行うイベントを開催しています。
This group, based in Portsmouth, is for anyone who is learning Japanese, interested in meeting Japanese people, or wants to learn more about Japanese culture.
Japanese Study Group in Tokyo Akihabara

2014年より東京の秋葉原で、学習者のための日本語勉強会を開催しています。勉強会では参加者の自己紹介に始まり、ウォーミングアップのアクティビティ、レベル別に分けたグループ内での学習などを行います。
また、この勉強会では、日本語を教える日本人の方にも参加いただいているので、参加者は日本人と会話の練習をしたり、日本人から日本語や日本の文化を学んだりすることができます。
それぞれのレベルごとのトピックや教材を用意していますので、毎回新しいことが学べるようになっています。
アットホームでより自然な環境の中で、日本語を使う練習ができる場所を作りたいとの思いから、この勉強会が始まりました。今初めての開催から10年以上が経ち、様々な国から来られた日本語学習者の方に参加いただき、Meetupグループのメンバーは1万人を超えました。
Since 2014, we have been holding a Japanese language study group for learners in Akihabara, Tokyo. Each session begins with participant self-introductions, followed by a warm-up activity, and then group-based learning divided by proficiency level.
In addition, Japanese people who teach Japanese also participate in the study group, giving learners the opportunity to practice conversation with native speakers and learn about the Japanese language and culture directly from them.
We prepare topics and materials tailored to each level so that participants can learn something new every time.
This study group was started out of a desire to create a place where learners can practice using Japanese in a more natural and welcoming environment. Now, more than 10 years since our first meeting, we’ve welcomed learners from various countries, and our Meetup group has grown to over 10,000 members.
