「お/ご V（ます) +願う」は、話し手が聞き手に対して「V」という行動をするようにお願いするときに使われる言い方です。「Vてください」よりも丁寧な表現。
【英語】
”o+ V(masu)+negau/go+ V(masu)+negau " is a way for a speaker to ask a listener to do the action "V". It is more polite than "V +tekudasai."
【文法解説】Grammar point 1：
「お/ご V（ます) +願う」は、聞き手に対してその行動をとるようにお願いするときの言い方です。「～てください」よりも丁寧な表現で、基本的には「ます」を付けた形「お/ご V（ます) +願います」の形で使われます。
「お」と「ご」のどちらが動詞の前に使うかは、動詞によります。基本的には漢語の前には「ご」和語の前には「お」が使われるが例外もあります。
