【用法】
「～」からイメージするものや思い付くものを言いたい時に使います。また「～」に関する代表的なものや、有名なものを言う時もに使います。

"~toieba/toiuto/toittara" is used when you want to say what you imagine or think of from "~". You can also use it to say something typical or famous about "~"

【Grammar point】

・「といえば」「というと」「といったら」は同じように使われます。

・この文型は以下のような場合によく使われます。

①有名なものや、代表的なものを紹介するとき。

1. 日本にほんの花はなといえばやはり桜さくらだろう。
When it comes to Japanese flowers, cherry blossoms are probably the most popular.

2. 広島ひろしまの名物めいぶつといったら、お好このみ焼やきです。
The specialty of Hiroshima is okonomiyaki.

②そのことから連想したり、思い浮かぶことを述べるとき。

3. 高校時代こうこうじだいの一番いちばんの思おもい出でといえば、部活ぶかつの大会たいかいで優勝ゆうしょうしたことだ。
One of my fondest memories from high school was of winning a club competition.

4. 世界せかい最高さいこうのサッカー選手せんしゅといったら、誰だれを思おもい浮うかべますか？
