～ ばいいのに/ ～ばよかったのに
【例文】
このケーキおいしいからあなたも食べればいいのに。
This cake is delicious, you should eat it too.
【意味・用法】
「～ばいいのに」は、話し手が望んでいることと実際の状況が違うことを残念・不満に思ったり、誰かがある行動をとろうとしないことを、非難したいときに使われます。
過去のことについて言うときは「～ばよかったのに」が使われます。
【英語】
”~baiinoni" is used when the speaker is disappointed or frustrated that the situation is not what he or she wants it to be, or when wanting to criticize someone for not taking a certain action. When referring to the past, "~bayokattanoni" is used.

■「ばよかった」と「ばよかったのに」の違い
「ばよかったのに」は自分以外の人に対して不満・非難・残念などの気持ちがあるときに使い、自分が「～しなかった」ことを後悔している場合には「～ばよかった」を使iいます。
他の人に対する残念・不満の気持ち
1. 昨日のライブにあなたも（来ればよかった）来ればよかったのに。
You should have come to the concert last night.
自分がしなかったことの後悔
2. 昨日のライブに私も行けばよかった（行けばよかったのに）。
I should have gone to the concert last night too.
■ たらいいのに、たらよかったのに
代わりに「たらいいのに/たらよかったのに」も同じように使われます。
4. そんなにその靴が欲しいなら買ったらいいのに。
（≒買えばいいのに）
If you want those shoes so much, you should buy them.
5. そんなにあの靴が欲しかったなら買ったらよかったのに。
（≒買えばよかったのに）
If you wanted those shoes so badly, you should have bought them.
