カジュアルな会話では「～させておく（せておく）」の代わりに「～させとく（せとく）」になります。

接続  formation

 V（使役形） させる + ておく　
　Group1：行かせておく、話させておく

用法①

・詳細しょうさいな資料しりょうは次回じかいの会議かいぎまでに部下ぶかに用意よういさせておきます。
I will have my subordinates prepare the detailed materials before the next meeting.

・今後こんごのために、部下ぶかにもっと経験けいけんをさせておいたほうがい。
It's better to get your people more experience for the future.

・将来しょうらいの役やくに立たつかなと思おもって、息子むすこには子供こどものころから英語えいごを習ならわせておいた。
I made my son learn English from childhood because I thought it would help him in the future.

用法②：

・夏場なつばに子こどもを車くるまの中なかで待またせておくのは危険きけんだ。
It is dangerous to leave children waiting in the car during the summer.

・こんな仕事しごと私わたしがやらなくても、新入社員しんにゅうしゃいんにでもやらせておけばいいじゃないですか。
I don't have to do this job. Why don't you just let the new employees do it?

・いざという時ときのために、警官けいかんを現場げんばに待機たいきさせておきます。
I'll have a policeman on standby at the scene for emergencies.

・うちの社長しゃちょうは社員しゃいんにこれだけ働はたらかせといて、本人ほんにんは全然ぜんぜん働はたらこうとしない。
Our president makes his employees work so hard, but he doesn't try to work at all.

用法③

・うちの子こはゲームをさせておけば、泣ないたりせず静しずかだから。
My child is quiet and doesn't cry if I let her play games.

・文句もんくなら言いいたいだけ言いわせておけばいい。
If they want to complain, let them complain as much as they want.

・他人たにんのことなんか気きにするな。思おもいたいように思おもわせとけばいいんだ。
Don't worry about what others think. Just let them think what they want to think.

・これ以上いじょう、あいつの好すき勝手かってにはさせておけない。
I can't let him do whatever he wants any longer.
