”~nitsuite" is used when you want to say that the topic of a talk, discussion, consultation, question, article, text, thought, knowledge, study, research, etc. is "about ~".

備考 notes
接続詞としての「ついては」
「ついては/つきましては」は接続詞として文頭で使われ、「したがって/そのため」といった意味でも使われます。
・明日のイベントの開催時間が６時から５時に変更になりました。ついては、スタッフの方にもいつもより一時間早めに来ていただく必要があります。
The time of tomorrow's event has been changed from 6:00 to 5:00. Therefore, staff will need to arrive one hour earlier than usual.
